Shipping policy

Where orders leave from

Orders dispatch from whichever of our France, Germany or China warehouses holds the items, chosen by live stock at the time of the order. We dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation, weekends included.

Delivery times

From a European warehouse: 3–7 working days. From China: 8–15 working days. Times start after dispatch and may vary with the destination and carrier.

Carriers

Parcels ship with DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS, YunExpress, 4PX or a dedicated line, depending on origin, destination and stock location.

Duties and taxes

European orders are sent DDP. Duties and taxes are covered by us; you pay no extra customs charges on delivery. This covers all of Europe.

Tracking and address changes

After dispatch, you can follow the parcel on our Track your order page. The delivery address can be changed before dispatch — write to us or message WhatsApp before the order leaves the warehouse.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us. After verification we reship free of charge. Cancel and refund rules for unshipped or returned orders are on our refund policy.
