What is the minimum order quantity?

Most lines start from 10 units. Each product page shows its own MOQ.

How does pricing work?

Unit prices are tiered by order quantity. The applicable tier is shown on each product page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit or debit card, Alipay, local methods by country (such as Bancontact, BLIK, Trustly or PayU), and bank transfer — all in euro. Details are on our payment page.

How long does delivery take?

From a European warehouse: 3–7 working days. From China: 8–15 working days. Full terms are on our shipping policy.

Do you cover customs duties in Europe?

Yes. European orders are sent DDP; duties and taxes are covered by us. See the shipping policy.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Unshipped orders can be cancelled for a full refund. Shipped disposable products cannot be returned. Lost or damaged parcels are reshipped free after verification — see our refund policy.
